IYAVUTHA inyunyana yothisha ngemuva kokusabalala kwe-video eveza ilungu layo lishaywa umfundi kaGrade 11 phambi kwabanye abafundi emagcekeni esikole.
Ifuna ubulungiswa i-Educators Union of South Africa (EUSA) esola umfundi waseLuthayi High, eHammarsdale ngokuphendula ilungu layo inhlekisa esikoleni ngoLwesine.
Umengameli we-EUSA, uMnuz Scelo Bhengu, uthe bahlela ukuphelezela uthisha ofundisa iMaths neScience ayovula icala lokushaywa emaphoyiseni.
Uthe ingxabano phakathi kukathisha nomfundi iqale ngokuthi umfundi amemeze ngaphandle kwegumbi lapho uthisha abeqaphe khona abafundi ababhala izivivinyo zaphakathi nonyaka.
“Umfundi kuthiwa umemeze umngani wakhe obengaphakathi lapho uthisha abeqaphe khona abafundi ababhalayo. Kuthe uma uthisha emkhuza wathi uthisha akangamjwayeli kabi. Uthe uthisha uphume esethukuthele wafuna umfundi ophazamise ukubhala.
Uqhube wathi i-video iveza uthisha esezama ukudonsa umfundi ukuthi aye naye ehhovisi kodwa umfundi uvela egadla kuqala kuthisha.
“Uthisha sikhulume naye wathi umfundi ufahlaze izibuko zakhe zamehlo ngesikhathi emshaya. Uthe akaziboni ephindela kulesi sikole ngoba umfundi umphendule inhlekisa kwabanye abafundi. NgoLwesihlanu uthisha akayanga esikoleni. Umfundi usamisiwe esikoleni izinsuku ezinhlanu,” kusho uBhengu.
Uthe bathole ukuthi umfundi uneminyaka engu-20 okwenza babone ukuthi ‘imbodla’ okumele iphume esikoleni iyofundela amakhono.
Ugcizelele ukuthi bafuna aboshwe, aqedele ukufunda ejele.
Okhulumela uMnyango wezeMfundo KwaZulu-Natal, uMnuz Muzi Mahlambi, ukuqinisekisile ukuthi umfundi osolwa ngokushaya uthisha umisiwe esikoleni kuze kube uvela ngaphambi kwekomiti lokuqondisa ubugwegwe.
Uthe isijezo sakhe sizohambelana nesenzo sakhe ukuze isenzo esifana nalesi singaphinde senzeke esikoleni.
